Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Dragonfly Web Designs, LLC ("we" or "us" or "our") respects the privacy of our users ("user" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use FastFuel (the "Application"), including the website at fastfuel.training and the FastFuel mobile application available on iOS and Android. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Collection of Your Information

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we collect depends on the content and features you use:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide when creating an account or using the Application, such as your name, email address, and profile information.

Health and Fitness Data

With your consent, we may collect health and fitness information including: nutrition and dietary intake data; meal logs and food preferences; body measurements such as weight, height, and body composition; activity and exercise data; sleep data; heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and other wellness metrics from connected platforms (such as Intervals.icu, Garmin Connect, Strava, and similar services); hydration tracking; supplement intake; and health goals you set within the Application. This data is provided directly by you or synced from third-party devices and applications you choose to connect.

Derivative Data

Information our servers may automatically collect when you access the Application, such as usage patterns and interactions with the Application via server log files.

Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use information collected about you via the Application to:

Artificial Intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies (via the AI Coach feature) to analyze nutrition, training, and health-related inputs in order to generate personalized insights and recommendations.

When AI features are used, your wellness data (mood, sleep quality, HRV, training load, macro compliance) may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate recommendations. Only the minimum data necessary to generate a recommendation is transmitted — no personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or account details is sent to the AI service. Anthropic does not use this data to train their models.

How We Store Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security.

What We Don't Do

Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in the following situations:

Third-Party Services

FastFuel connects to external services at your request. Data shared with these services is governed by their privacy policies:

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties.

Do-Not-Track

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a child under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

Your Options

Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account from the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.

Data Deletion: You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings page. This removes all local data and cloud backups. You may also request data deletion by contacting us directly.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
